RevEyes grew

inside some of

the world’s most

complex systems.

These environments revealed

how systems behave

under pressure

& how rarely they’re designed

to sustain the people inside them.

TORONTO, CA - PARTNERING GLOBALLY

for meaningful change

Arwah trained as a corporate & finance lawyer, advising governments, central banks & organizations across Europe, the Middle East & Africa.

She supported the administration of a failed financial institution managing over US$4 billion in assets, while also contributing to legislative & commercial frameworks across energy, telecommunications, infrastructure & banking - environments where clarity, coordination & governance are critical.

These experiences informed a systems-level approach to structuring information, aligning stakeholders & strengthening decision environments under pressure.

Through RevEyes, that discipline is applied to organizations navigating complexity & change. The studio helps leaders cultivate clarity, build resilient strategies & develop structures that support sustainable growth.

Her work spans civic infrastructure, public campaigns & cultural initiatives - reaching NBA arenas, appearing in a Louis Vuitton x Virgil Abloh campaign, and contributing to publications by the World Bank & the United Nations.

Arwah was recognized by the YWCA as a Young Woman of Distinction, honouring leadership advancing community resilience & social change.
